How do I sign in?
Enter your phone number and we'll text you a code. Enter the code to sign in.
How do I join my family?
Open the invite link a family member sent you, or enter the invite code in the app. If the organizer already added your phone number, you join automatically when you sign in.
How do I hide or delete one of my stories?
Open the story and tap who can see it to choose the whole family, selected people, or only you. You can also hide or delete it, with or without its recording.
How do I delete my account?
Go to More → Delete account. The privacy policy explains what gets deleted.
The interviewer can't hear me
Check that the microphone is allowed in Settings → Heardloom, and turn up the phone's volume.
